Our Automatic Indexing Machines are our renowned Aquablast® process, but automated.

This innovative automated machine is designed to reduce labour time in a busy workplace and maintain a complete consistent finish on components.

This machine will sit perfectly as part of a CNC machining line, it will compliment the other machines and will therefore often replace a previous manual process.

In this particular example, the ten satellite system is gear rotated, however, this can be more or less depending on the size of components. This means it's robust and has no belts that could lead to wear or slippage. The jigs have been tailored specifically for our client, but as always, are fully bespoke and fully customisable. The machine is Siemens PLC controlled. It contains adjustments such as indexing frequency and speed of satellite rotation, these settings are in a recipe edit function on the HMI touch screen.
